In-N-Out Burger may have taken its sweet time in heading to Houston, but fresh off announcing its first Space City outpost, it appears a second area location is in the works.

The California-based burger chain has purchased property in Katy at the intersection of I-10 and Katy Fort Bend Road, according to KHOU. A statement issued by In-N-Out after Houston realtor BPI Realty Services made this announcement is characteristically cautious — vice president of real estate and development Carl Arena told KHOU that the chain is “enthusiastic” about the Katy location, but seemed skeptical as to whether or not the location would receive development approval.

In-N-Out has teased its Houston arrival for actual years, purchasing a building in Briarmeadow in 2017 that is currently under lease by another tenant. Good news for In-N-Out enthusiasts finally came in late September, when it was announced that a location would open at the Grid development in Stafford. In an interview with Forbes, In-N-Out CEO Lynsi Snyder said that Texas would be as far east as the California chain would open restaurants, a move intended to maintain quality.

No official opening timelines have been announced yet, but Houstonians can likely expect In-N-Out to begin invading Houston in 2019.
