Workforce Development & Training
Katy Area EDC helps local employers by facilitating workforce resources and training through the local Workforce Solutions office and helping companies interface with our local institutions of higher learning, Katy ISD, and other training providers in the area.
Katy Area EDC, working with local Workforce Solutions personnel, can help existing or new companies apply for workforce incentives such as the "Skills Development Grant" program through Houston Community College or other programs offered by the Texas Workforce Commission.
