Katy Mills

The 1.3 million-square-foot Katy Mills Mall offers shoppers over 175 outlet and retail stores, dining, and lodging. Entertainment options include an AMC movie theater and DIG WORLD TX, a construction-themed adventure park that allows kids and adults to safely operate authentic construction equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and UTVs.

Katy Mills completed a major interior and exterior transformation in 2019, just in time for the center's 20th Anniversary. The center now boasts a contemporary dining pavilion, a Disney Jr. Play Zone, remodeled restrooms, plush seating areas, upgraded LED lighting, new flooring, sky-lights, WiFi, parking pylons, directional signs, concrete walkways, and refreshed landscaping.

Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress

Houston Premium Outlets, offering 145 designer and name-brand outlet stores including Burberry, Nike, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and Versace, is located in northwest Houston off of U.S. Highway 290 West at Fairfield Place Drive; approximately 35 minutes from downtown Houston and the Galleria uptown district. LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch

LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is an upscale 34-acre, 300,000 square foot Main Street style mixed-use development with 271,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
