Employing over 3,000 people and located in the City of Katy, the 1.3 million square foot Katy Mills offers shoppers over 175 outlet and retail stores, dining, lodging and entertainment options, including an AMC movie theatre. A development of Simon, one of the largest retail developers in the U.S., Katy Mills establishes a collection of national brand experiences that puts the Katy area on the map for local and visiting shoppers. Katy Mills is a major destination for local residents and travelers alike.
LaCenterra, a 300,000 square-foot, mixed-use town center is a lifestyle development located at Cinco Ranch Boulevard and The Grand Parkway (TX 99). This visionary development employs over 1,500 people and has created a strong “sense of place” and destination for Katy area residents.
Katy Ranch Crossing, located at Katy-Fort Bend and I-10, is 129 acre mixed use development anchored by Main Event, which offers a family-oriented entertainment experience that includes electric car carting, dining, laser tag, bowling, rock climbing and miniature golf. Katy Ranch Crossing has constructed Katy Ranch Office Building I as well.
Katy Main Street, the City of Katy’s shopping venue located at Pin Oak and I-10, is an 85 acre mixed use center anchored by Texas based HEB Grocery store. Katy Main Street has recruited numerous dining and other retail options and with multiple sites available for office and retail development.
Old Town Katy is located in the City of Katy and includes the new City Hall site, north of I-10. Bounded by beautiful old growth oak trees, The old City of Katy City hall has been repurposed into new buildings and a City plaza. Old Town offers unique specialty shops, hardware, antiques, restaurants, and arts and crafts.
Villagio Town Center, a 112,000 sq. foot upscale lifestyle center is located at Westheimer Parkway and South Peek Road and consists of family dining and shopping situated around a central courtyard.
