Fulshear's Cross Creek Ranch adds 4-acre complex to amenities

Fulshear master-planned community Cross Creek Ranch opened a new 4-acre amenity on June 24, while developing its last 300 acres.

A closer look

A July 25 news release said real estate firm Johnson Development Corp.'s residential community added Camp Flewellen—an indoor and outdoor complex with a 3,300-square-foot clubhouse, the community’s second fitness center, an event lawn, a firepit and a patio—to its collection of amenities.

Camp Flewellen also boasts a playground and shade structure and is within view of Flewellen Creek, a restored 2-mile stream with 150 acres of parkland that serves the local wildlife habitat. It will host resident events and exercise classes and has the capacity for private event rentals.

Cross Creek Ranch offers homes priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million. When completed, the 3,200-acre community will have more than 6,000 homes.
