3 business parks coming to Katy

Several new business parks are set to open in the Katy area this year, providing workspace for medical professionals, fitness-related businesses and other tenants.

Realtor Tim Sojka, lead agent of See Tim Sell, provided updates on multiple incoming office developments at the Katy Area Economic Development Council’s Feb. 20 meeting.

The details

The Oaks of Katy Mills
Location: Katy Mills Circle
Details: The two-phase office condominium project from developer Steadfast will bring 1,320-square-foot units across from Katy Mills Mall.
Timeline: construction starting later this year, completion set for third quarter of 2026

Colonial Green
Location: corner of Colonial Parkway and Park West Green Drive
Details: The development will feature 27 custom-designed professional and medical offices ranging from 1,500 to 8,000 square feet.
Timeline: first building opening this year, first tenants opening in 2026

Meanwhile, two units remain in the Katy-Gaston Business Park, located at 11555 Gaston Road, Sojka said. Tenants who have recently signed on to join the park include CrossFit Katy and Alliance Fencing Academy, which is set to open in early March, business officials said.
