A July 25 news release said real estate firm Johnson Development Corp.'s residential community added Camp Flewellen—an indoor and outdoor complex with a 3,300-square-foot clubhouse, the community’s second fitness center, an event lawn, a firepit and a patio—to its collection of amenities.
Camp Flewellen also boasts a playground and shade structure and is within view of Flewellen Creek, a restored 2-mile stream with 150 acres of parkland that serves the local wildlife habitat. It will host resident events and exercise classes and has the capacity for private event rentals.
Quote of note
“Camp Flewellen overlooks the tranquil Flewellen Creek and connects to our expansive trail system, adding to the pedestrian- and bike-friendly ambiance of our community,” said Rob Bamford, senior vice president and general manager of Cross Creek Ranch, in the news release.
