The Small Business Economic Relief Program (SBERP) provides grants for small businesses in Houston that are in most financial need and exhibit a reasonable likelihood of surviving the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Local chambers of commerce are also eligible to apply for the SBERP.
