TEXAS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF)

This program is administered by The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and provides financial support for training to help employers build their skilled workforce by collaborating with a community college (Houston Community College) or public technical college (Texas State Technical College). Employers may receive up to a $500,000 wage reimbursement over a 12-month period.  The estimated benefit is about $1,800 per employee. There are some restrictions with using On-the-Job (OJT) funds and SDF together. LEARN MORE
