As you visit this site you will find pieces of information that you may want to add to a Custom Profile. To do that simply click the "add" link that is associated with that information. Once you are finished gathering data simply click "View Custom Report" and that will take you directly to your report. From there you can email, print or create a PDF of that report.
Kraton Polymers Opens Innovation Center
On June 17, Frank Lombard and I attended the private Grand Opening and Open House for Kraton Polymers New Innovation Center located at 16400 Park Row blvd. The Kraton Team did a fantastic job of renovating the former Reliability Building which has been vacant for many years and has turned it into a world class research and development facility. Kraton employees were ecstatic about their new home and Vice President Lothar Freund and Chief Operating Officer David A. Bradley were on hand to congratulate the Kraton, KGW, and Fuller Realty Teams for a quick and successful transition. Katy Area EDC worked with Kevin White of KGW Real Estate to help facilitate the location of Kraton to the new facility at 16400 Park Row. Additional space is available for short-term sublease in the Kraton facility and an additional 44,000 sq. ft. of tech/light industrial space is available to the east of the Kraton building.
