Katy Hospital Continues to Bring a Higher Level of Care to the Community
KATY, TEXAS, June 6, 2012 – Stroke is the third leading cause of death in America and CHRISTUS St. Catherine Hospital is paving the way for Katy and West Houston Texans to help beat the odds. CHRISTUS St. Catherine Hospital is pleased to announce its recognition by the Joint Commission National Quality Approval Accreditation as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center.

HOUSTON... Myers Crow & Saviers, Ltd., will begin construction on the 135,000- square-foot Mason Creek Office Center, on Merchants Way near Mason Road in Houston's Energy Corridor, in the third quarter of 2012 with completion in April 2013.

Construction continues on The Plazas at Spring Green, a 20,000-square-foot
specialty retail center in Katy, Texas. Developer Vista Equities Group (VEG) projects a July
completion date for construction and subsequent August openings for retail tenants. The Plazas at
Spring Green is currently 80% leased with negotiations underway on an additional 4,270 square feet of
center space. Tenants include Natural Pawz, Shipleyfs Donuts, Pepperonifs Pizza, MW Cleaners, Curtain
Call, CR Nails, Revolution Eyes and the offices of Dr. Amy Lueddemann, DDS.
